It’s been almost ten years since Seppo passed away from us, and without a doubt he has left a void in Oslo’s underground. We miss him a lot and we always feel his energy and presence when we blast Jungle music at our raves. The spirit of Seppo was strong with the mission to spread Drum & Bass to the locals, having a weekly show at RadiOrakel (Blitz) by the name of “Jungle-Telegrafen”, where he showcased local Junglists by interviewing them and playing their favourite tunes, as well as running many shows solo. Check them out below in the link section. Seppo also worked with SubPub at Maksitaksi, as well as raves in places like Borgen. We have been talking about doing a tribute for some time, so when the chance came to do a rave at Blitz, we knew it was a sign to run the riddim in the name of the DJ APECAT.

We know many people in Oslo love Seppo, and we hope you will make your way to Blitz in the main room to skank in his memory! This event is in collaboration with Simon Peter, Seppo’s brother, who has carried Seppo’s legacy by continuously blasting big beats and bass in the local scene and beyond for almost a decade now.
